About the journal

A clear line from source to sentence

Marble & Thunder connects architectural history, material evidence and atmospheric science without treating visual resemblance as proof.

01

Mission and scope

The journal publishes readable, source-led notes on classical architecture, temple geometry, stone and severe weather. It is designed for students, heritage-curious readers, field photographers and designers who want the evidence behind a striking image.

We distinguish mythology from physical science, documented material from reconstruction, and editorial analysis from a primary institutional record.

02

About the editorial team

The launch edition is written and edited under the institutional byline Marble & Thunder Editorial Desk. We intentionally do not publish invented staff names, biographies, degrees, fieldwork or expert consultations.

Before release, the publisher should replace this institutional-only profile with verified authors and editors, including responsibilities, relevant experience and disclosure of any conflicts. No named external consultant is claimed in this prepublication edition.

03

Editorial responsibility

The publisher is responsible for final publication decisions, corrections, image licensing and legal compliance. Research starts with museums, archaeological services, heritage agencies, geological surveys and meteorological organisations.

Material errors can be reported to griavorentix.editorial@gmail.com. Our correction process is public and dated.
